Independent Sales Representatives

We are seeking TWO self-driven Independent Sales Representatives.

  • One with a network in the Supply Chain industry
  • One with a network in the Learning & Development, corporate training, and/or HR arena

In this contract role, the Sales Reps will represent RTG Solutions Group B2B consulting services, along with their current portfolio of products and services. 

RTG Solutions Group helps SMB businesses to enterprises solve problems related to business operations, supply chain, change, efficiency, and development of their people. We are headquartered in Tampa, Florida. However, in this remote role the Sales Rep is not limited geographically and is opened to develop new business across the US and Canada.

Compensation Opportunities:

The Sales Reps are 100% commissioned based.

  • 20% commission on landed call and signed contract. 
  • 25% commission on a landed call and signed contract within 30 days.
  • Expectation: Minimum 1 signed contract per month.
  • Average value of contracts typically ranges between $10-15k.   


  • Successfully prospect, develop, and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct on-site discovery with prospective clients.
  • Close new business with signed contracts.

General Qualifications:

  • Proven independent sales representative experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency to decipher and understand a client’s needs and articulate how we can provide the solution.
  • Ability to work remote and travel as needed.
  • Willingness to learn and embrace RTG Solutions Group’s sales and brand strategy and how we pitch our B2B consulting services.  

Specific Qualifications to Industry:

Supply Chain Sales Rep:

  • An existing B2B network of business leaders and supply chain operations management contacts.
  • Knowledge of the Supply Chain industry, including: Supply Chain management, Procurement, Inventory management, S&OP, Risk Management, Warehouse operations, and Distribution and Logistics.

Learning & Development Rep:

  • An existing B2B network of business leaders, operations, L&D, training, call center operations, and HR contacts.
  • Familiarity with the Learning & Development industry, including: Employee training approaches, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Instructional design, and Training Needs Assessments.
